Tickets and Passes

To make Jarrow Hall as safe as it can be, we are limiting visitor numbers and you’ll need to book your visit in advance. If you turn up without a booked slot you will be politely turned away, even if you are an Unlimited Pass Holder.

Please arrive within your 30-minute timeslot. You're then welcome to stay until closing time of 4pm.

Pre-book your timed ticket slot HERE

Timed Ticket slots will be available to book at 9am each Friday for the following week.

PLEASE NOTE: Each individual needs to have a timeslot booked. If our system will not allow you to book for your full party, this is typically because there are no longer enough slots available. This can sometimes not be clear when booking a mixture of ticket types.

Tickets and donations are non refundable. We are operating with a very small team and refunds take a considerable amount of time to process. Don't worry though, your ticket will be still valid when you want to visit again, just remember to book a timed ticket slot.

If you are a UK taxpayer you can also help support us through Gift Aid, at absolutely no extra cost to you.

Jarrow Hall Unlimited

If you purchased your Unlimited Pass before we closed our doors due to COVID-19 we can extend your pass for the duration of our closure if you chose. You will need to visit us in person before 30th September 2020 for us to process your extension.

As you will be aware, COVID-19 has had a major impact on the Culture and Heritage sector and small independent visitor attractions like ours are working hard to survive. If you chose to not request an extension we would be very grateful.

For the rest of the year, July to December 2020, we are offering all visitors to pay day admission and visit for the rest of the year as many times as they chose.

We really look forward to you visiting again.
