Discover Anglo-Saxon Life (11:00 – 15:00)
Meet Jim, your guide to the Anglo-Saxon world, in Thirlings Hall at the heart of our village, discover day-to-day life as it would have been lived in medieval Northumbria.
Saturday Morning Farm Club (10:00 – 12:00)
A variant of our successful farm club suitable for autistic children wanting to experience farm life with the team who look after the animals who live with us. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Farm Tour (11:00 – 12:00, 12:00 – 13:00)
Take a stroll around the farm with our team, meet the rare-breed and rescued animals who live with us at Jarrow Hall.
Craft Activities and Jarrow Hall Map Quest (10:00 – 16:00)
Enjoy craft activities for children, varying daily. Explore our unique site and take part in challenges and games to complete the quest (suitable for children aged 5 – 10, however older and younger children are welcome to take part).
All complimentary with general admission (excluding Saturday Morning Farm Club), donations are welcome and help us to improve lives, help people into education and training, engage people in positive community projects and educate people about the importance of the environment.
